All customers will receive a confirmation email when orders has been successfully transmitted .Processing time will be 1-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent when order has shipped. All orders are shipped through USPS. For delivery and pick up use the contact information provided.  You will  also have the opportunity of ( 5 DAYS) to" pick up " your orders. Unpaid items will be hold for (2 days  max.)   We are also not responsible if packages get lost in mail or has been delayed.

All shipping  off/on island  are $5 extra. Deliveries prices ranges from $2-$5. Depending on how far you live.
Shipping problems :
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

I have a NO REFUND POLICY where all payments are final !!

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
-Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
-Clothing Items must be free of stains, makeup, or wear odor.
-Cosmetic items must not be used, missing covers, or destroyed in order to get a exchange.
-We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
-Returns are processed within 3- 5business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
-Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
